1-Year Warranty: Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed

Thank you for choosing our electric vehicle charger and accessories. We stand behind our products and offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product within this period, we will work to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.


Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If your product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.


If you believe that your product is defective and eligible for warranty coverage, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@nivion.com to initiate the warranty claim process. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.

2. Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or documentation to assess the issue.

3. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us for repair or replacement. We will be responsible for shipping the product to us, and we will not charge the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

4. Once we receive the product, we will assess the issue and repair or replace the product as needed. We will then ship the repaired or replacement product back to you as soon as possible.


Our warranty is limited to the terms set forth in this notice. We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use, or any other economic or personal loss.

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, modified, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended use. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is eligible for warranty coverage, and our decision is final.
